Shipment Handover Record Sheet

Use a shipment handover record template in your own Google Sheet, then keep the same structured path in CSV when you package later.

Vraimony does not connect to your Google account. This path stays manual on purpose: start from the free CSV, import it into your own Google Sheet, and keep Google optional.

No OAuthNo add-onCSV portableNo lock-in

No Google account connection to Vraimony. No marketplace dependency. Manual setup by design.

How to set it up

Make your own sheet in under a minute

Open CSV directly

1. Download the CSV

Use the CSV as the portable source format. Keep it local, share it, or switch tools later without lock-in.

2. Open a new Google Sheet

Create a blank sheet in your own Google account. Vraimony never requests account access for this step.

3. Import the CSV

In Google Sheets, use File → Import, upload the CSV, and import it into the current sheet or a new sheet.

What is inside

The CSV already includes a sample row. Replace it with your own records when you start using the template.

What happens next

From familiar sheet to structured proof output

Why ERF matters

Summary sheet

A short reviewer-facing view that helps explain the record set quickly.

Proof card

A compact handoff object for cleaner sharing and review.

Structured bundle

A cleaner grouped output path for the workflow after packaging.

Structured data export (JSON / ERF)

Portable evidence output, powered by Vraimony ERF.

Read-only verification path

A bounded inspection path after packaging, without turning review into workflow lock-in.

ERF turns ordinary records into portable, review-ready evidence outputs.
