ERF defines a stable, machine-readable receipt format and rules for integrity-only packaging. Packs are manifests that produce the same fixed outputs (1‑page PDF + PNG + Structured data export (JSON)). Tools (plugin, widget, extension, Word add‑in, PWA, CLI) consume the same standard and publish interoperability signals.
