60-second start

Install once. Reach the first useful result fast.

1. Activate + set your server

Keep everything same-owner. No third-party runtime, no remote scripts, no forced cloud hop.

2. Open a Woo order

Suggested Now, order-aware bootstrap, and family templates tell you which dispute path is most likely first.

3. Upload only what matters

Local triage, checklist-fit scoring, bundle verdict, and honest cannot-prove boundaries keep the reviewer path calm.

Choose the path once, repeat it every time

The plugin should feel like a paid workflow, not a template gallery.

The best template experience inside Woo Admin is job-first: start from the order or the uploads, let the plugin recommend the family, then open the smallest path that moves the case forward.

Chargeback / payment dispute

Best for payment pressure, delivery disagreement, and cardholder-facing review.

Best for: chargebacksProduces: dispute-ready summary

Delivery / handover

Best for proof of completion, acceptance, sign-off, and handover chronology.

Best for: handoverProduces: handover-ready pack

Refund / review

Best when policy, return, or vendor proof is the real blocker.

Best for: reviewProduces: reviewer-ready path
Plugin pricing path

Pick the plan that matches how often the plugin will be used.

The plugin-first path now stays clearer commercially too: use One Case for one live order, Plugin Pro Monthly when the operator repeats the same workflow every week, and Plugin Pro Annual when order-aware case work becomes part of the normal Woo operation.

One Case from plugin context

Best when one order needs a deep reviewer-ready package now and you do not need a recurring plan yet.

Unlocks: one deep pathBest for one live issue

Good when the plugin is only helping this one live dispute.

Plugin Pro — Monthly

Best when Woo orders repeatedly become dispute, delivery, or refund cases and the operator wants the workspace inside WP Admin every week.

Unlocks: repeated workflowBest for operators

Use this when order-aware case creation is part of your normal weekly work.

Plugin Pro — Annual

Best when the plugin is a standing operator tool and annual value is clearer than per-case buying.

Unlocks: annual recurring useBest for stable teams

Best when the plugin is already becoming part of normal Woo operations.

PROMO CODE

We keep the code locally and carry it into the plugin checkout path you choose next.

What it adds inside WP Admin

Four things that matter operationally.

Email light footprint

What the customer sees in their order confirmation email.

CUSTOMER EMAIL — ORDER CONFIRMATION FOOTER
Evidence receipt available · Verify record → · Packaged with Vraimony
Appears only when a Receipt ID is attached to the order. Admin emails: not shown.

Keep this as the secondary trust layer. The production wedge starts in WP Admin; the verify / receipt path remains useful when you want a lighter proof surface beyond the dispute workspace.

Order timeline + checklist scoring — new in v1.7.0

Chargeback received. Delivery disputed. Invoice rejected. Package the evidence automatically.

The plugin now starts from order context, keeps a small local Woo timeline inside the upload workspace, scores checklist fit as uploads arrive, suggests the sharpest dispute path before you even upload evidence, and loads a family-specific checklist automatically.

Honest boundary: Vraimony packages your evidence. It does not guarantee chargeback reversals or dispute outcomes. A cleaner, structured record is the best thing we can give you.
Shortcodes

Two shortcodes. Drop into any page, post, or WooCommerce template.

[vraimony_verify_widget]

Embeds the read-only verify widget as an iframe. Safe sandbox. No remote scripts.

[vraimony_verify_widget rid="3fa85f64-5717-4562-b3fc-2c963f66afa6" view="minimal" height="520" width="720" ]

Parameters: rid (UUID), view (minimal/expanded), height (180–720), width (260–960).

[vraimony_evidence_bundle]

Renders an Evidence Bundle Autopilot panel — generate PDF/PNG/JSON, open Court Mode, run Autopilot, view Verify.

The Receipt ID (UUID) connects the WooCommerce order to the sealed Vraimony record. The Private Appendix stays in WooCommerce order meta — it is never sent to Verify or any external service.

Dispute Readiness Score — per order

Every order gets a score. Protected. Weak. Missing key proof.

The plugin analyses each WooCommerce order and assigns a readiness level — so you know before a dispute arrives, not after. No setup required. The score updates automatically as order events come in.

Protected

Order has delivery proof, payment confirmation, timeline, and communication record. Ready to defend.

Weak

Evidence present but gaps exist — missing delivery confirmation, partial timeline, or no customer communication record. Review recommended.

Missing key proof

A critical piece of evidence is absent — the One Invalidate for this order type. Action needed before a dispute arrives.

The score is visible directly in the WooCommerce order list and order detail page — no separate dashboard required.
Install in 3 steps

Works with any standard WordPress setup.

1. Download & install

Download the official ZIP. In WordPress admin: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → select ZIP → Install → Activate.

2. Start Here wizard

After activation: Vraimony → Start Here. Select your PSP (WooPayments, PayPal, Stripe), product type, and run the demo bundle to confirm the flow works.

3. Set Receipt IDs

For each order that has a sealed Vraimony record: open the order, find the Vraimony panel in the sidebar, enter the Receipt ID (UUID). The email footprint and verify links activate automatically.

Requires: WordPress 6.0+, PHP 7.4+. WooCommerce required for order meta box and email footprint. Shortcodes work without WooCommerce.

Privacy architecture — client-first by design

Only the hash reaches Vraimony. Never the order data.

The plugin computes the order evidence snapshot locally inside WordPress. Only a SHA-256 hash of that snapshot is sent to Vraimony servers for sealing — not raw order data, not customer names, not addresses, not payment details. This is the same client-first architecture used across all Vraimony surfaces.

■ What stays on your server
  • Full order snapshot (line items, addresses, timeline)
  • Customer communication records
  • Payment metadata
  • Private Appendix (in WooCommerce order meta)
  • Carrier / tracking data
▶ What is sent to Vraimony
  • SHA-256 hash of the evidence snapshot — 64 characters
  • Seal request with profile and evidence_degree
  • No raw order data. No customer PII. No file upload.
► What Vraimony returns
  • Sealed receipt (ed25519 signed)
  • Verify URL (public review link)
  • PDF + PNG + JSON exports
  • Verdict stack (SEALED / QUARANTINED / etc.)

✓ No tracking. No analytics cookies. No user identifiers.

✓ No remote scripts injected into WordPress pages. Iframe-only widget embed.

✓ Outputs are PDF/PNG/Receipt JSON only — no evidence ZIP.

✓ Private Appendix stays in WooCommerce order meta. Never sent offsite.

✕ Integrity verification only. Not legal advice. Not a guarantee of admissibility or court acceptance.

✕ Download only from www.vraimony.com. Official WordPress.org listing pending — do not trust reposted ZIPs.

New — Local-First Shell

Use the plugin as a browser-heavy workspace before you ask the server to do more.

The new shell keeps cases, uploads, template routing, and local cache in the browser first. It only talks to your own Vraimony server when you choose to load template packs or hand off deeper work. No third-party providers. No remote runtime.

Cases

Open and track local case shells inside WP Admin before syncing anything deeper.

Upload

Drag files in, classify them in the browser, and get a template path without a third-party call.

Templates

Load starter/deep template packs from your own Vraimony server only.

Proof and submission support

Shipping the wedge is easier when the listing and proof are already packaged.
