GA Documentation Pilot — Free · 10 Interests

Run your next GA event
without the documentation chaos.

We offer a free pilot for average adjusters: take a live or recent GA event, let us handle the documentation requests for up to 10 cargo interests using the ERF protocol. You receive structured, role-aware submissions with PASS/Declared/Unverified labels per document. You tell us whether it saves time. No commitment, no invoice.

10 interests free Live or recent event Feedback = only ask No contract needed
◎ Not legal advice. We handle documentation structure — not contribution calculations.
What the pilot covers

Five things we do. Three things we do not.

✓ What we do

Open a GA session with your reference + vessel
Assign role to each interest: cargo_owner, forwarder, insurer, broker
Send each party a structured submission link — no Vraimony account needed
Label each document: PASS · Declared · Unverified + evidence_degree
Show you exactly what is missing per interest — one status URL

✕ What we do not do

Calculate GA contributions or apportionments
Replace average adjuster judgement or authority
Verify document authenticity (Phase 1 = declarations)
After the pilot: one written sentence from you — "this saved X hours" or "this didn't work because Y" — is the only thing we ask for.
Who this pilot is for

Average adjusters managing multi-party GA events.

Active GA event

You have a GA declaration in progress with 10+ cargo interests. You are currently collecting documentation by email. The pilot runs in parallel — you compare results.

Recent GA event

You managed a GA event in the last 12 months and still remember the documentation pain. We run a simulation on the documentation model — you evaluate whether it would have helped.

Firm evaluation

You are evaluating documentation tools for your firm. We provide a test session with dummy interests so you can evaluate the submission flow and status API before committing.

Why this matters now

Multiple GA events active simultaneously across global chokepoints.

The combination of Hormuz tensions, ongoing Red Sea disruptions, and recurring port incidents means the volume of simultaneous GA declarations is unusually high in 2025–2026. Average adjusters managing multiple concurrent events face documentation overhead that scales linearly with cargo interests — currently managed almost entirely by email.

ERF is designed to turn that linear overhead into a single structured session. The pilot is how we prove it.

Ready to run the pilot?

Send us your GA reference and the number of interests. We set it up within 24 hours. No invoice. One feedback sentence at the end.

Confidentiality: we do not publish any data from the pilot without explicit written permission.
